Roles and Responsibilities 


Roles

 Key communication link between LG Business Units and Channel Marketing and Pulse field operational structures

 Operational management of field teams


Responsibilities

 Weekly meetings with LG BU and CM to review performance and set specific national/regional/account targets

 Daily contact to report on performance, operational issues and findings

 Translating weekly targets set by LG to RMs and MMs

 Filed control over execution of operational KPIs

 Monitoring/ensuring accuracy of data collected in the field

 Ensuring that information is provided to LG in the agreed format and within the established timeframe

 Together with RMs and MMs, identifying tactical opportunities for marketing activities and display share growth, preparing recommendations to LG

 Assisting LG in planning and preparation of marketing activities, by providing required information and setting targets

 Ensuring quality of personnel by evaluating performance and level of skills of RMs and MMs, assisting DOOR in preparing trainings for staff

 Recommending ways to increase project operational performance and cost efficiency.

 Computer literacy (MS Office package)

The person

 Higher education

 Management experience (level of Regional Manager or higher)

 Good English

 Own car

 Prepared to travel at least 12 days per month
