Project Category Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities Roles – Key communication link between LG Business Units and Channel Marketing and Pulse field operational structures – Operational management of field teams Responsibilities – Weekly meetings with LG BU and CM to review performance and set specific national/regional/account targets – Daily contact to report on performance, operational issues and findings – Translating weekly targets set by LG to RMs and MMs – Filed control over execution of operational KPIs – Monitoring/ensuring accuracy of data collected in the field – Ensuring that information is provided to LG in the agreed format and within the established timeframe – Together with RMs and MMs, identifying tactical opportunities for marketing activities and display share growth, preparing recommendations to LG – Assisting LG in planning and preparation of marketing activities, by providing required information and setting targets – Ensuring quality of personnel by evaluating performance and level of skills of RMs and MMs, assisting DOOR in preparing trainings for staff – Recommending ways to increase project operational performance and cost efficiency. Requirements Skills and Competencies – Excellent communication skills – Analytical skills and strategic thinking – Knowledge of LG product range, profound knowledge of designated product category – Presentation skills – Computer literacy (MS Office package) – Good knowledge of the retail environment – Negotiation skills The person – Higher education – Management experience (level of Regional Manager or higher) – Good English – Own car – Prepared to travel at least 12 days per month
